Ticket Sales and Rental Attendant
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Ticket Sales and Rental attendant is responsible for working at the ticket counter or rental counter. Employees may work in both or just one of the areas.

This position reports to the Chalet Manager.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Ability to communicate with co-workers, volunteers, and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a cooperative work environment.

As a Rental worker:
-
Responsibilities include outfitting customers with proper equipment in a timely and friendly manner:

Demonstrate enthusiastic and courteous service to our customers.

Ability to work (or learn) the technical aspects of skis and snowboards this may include but is not limited to: mounting bindings, waxing, ski sharpening, ski and snowboard tuning.

Keeping the rental area clean and organized.

As a Ticket Sales Employee:
-
Responsible for selling lift tickets for skiing and snow tubing, rental equipment forms, lessons, and merchandise.

Responsible for getting updated waivers for all guests.

Answering all questions of guests and members in all communication formats.

Keeping the chalet clean and tidy for best customer service.

Must attend Mount Ski Gull Staff Training.

Job Requirements & Experience include, but not limited to:
-
Must be 14 years of age or older (16+ to work in rental).

Experience working in customer service is a plus.
-
To work in Rental- Possess or obtain Rossignol Rental Technician Certification (will obtain during staff training).

Ski and snowboard experience is helpful but not required.

Pay Rate $13-$15/ HR, includes MSG Individual Season Pass & Rentals if desired
