Snowmaker
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Seasonal, part-time/full-time(preferred); with possible opportunities for overtime.

Must have a flexible schedule, primary hours for this position may be overnight.

Assist in Snowmaking, once snowmaking season is over, opportunity to continue to work as a lift operator or maintenance.

Operate and maintain machinery used for snowmaking (snow guns, pumps, hoses, etc.).

Carry out and adhere to all safety policies and procedures as approved by management.

Alert Ski Patrol of any accidents that may occur. Document and report accidents to Supervisors.

Report all equipment failures, complaints, or concerns to Supervisors.

Carry out and document all procedures for completing the daily operations and maintenance timetable logs provided by Supervisors.

Mark all hazardous areas according to Mount Ski Gull policy, and report hazards to the Supervisor.

Required to work outside in a variety of elements.

Ability to work weekends and holidays.

All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements & Experience include, but not limited to:

Must be 18 years in age.

Must be willing to commit to learning and mastering snowmaking.

Comfortable to operate snowmobiles/ATV’s around hills on challenging terrain.

Ski & snowboard experience helpful but not required.

Start Date: November 2024
Pay Rate $17-$22/hr DOE, includes MSG Individual Season Pass & Rentals if desired
